We're really excited to introduce the new and improved Benchmarks Report to the Chatter Research dashboard!
The Benchmarks report lets you track the performance of all of your locations at a glance by comparing their NPS Scores and Initiations.
Please note that your Benchmarks Report might look different than the image below depending on your company's settings and your permission levels.
In order for the Benchmarks Report to work, you must select a start and end date in the Filters. You can sort by NPS, Initiations, or both, and can also choose to exclude locations with low responses.
You can navigate to the Benchmarks Report in one of two ways:
1. Click "Reports" in the left-hand navigation menu and then click "Benchmarks"
2. In your Dashboard Overview, click the "View More" button on the "Top & Bottom Performers" tile.
