It's too much data for any human to sort, so we built Artificial Intelligence (AI) to read all of the feedback and listen for over 850 topics that your customers might bring up in a conversation! 🤖


In addition to understanding what your customers are saying, our AI also knows whether they're speaking positively or negatively about the topic.


On your dashboard, you'll see the top five topics being raised by customers:
